Q. When will preorders ship?
A. Preorders will ship around Mid November to Early December, when all of our production is complete.
Q. How long will preorders be open?
A. Physical & Merchandise bundles will be available until September 7th. Digital copies will be available for preorder until release.
Q. Will you ship to ___?
A. We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions! Orders will be shipped from the USA, and may take some time to get to you. Import duties or taxes will need to be paid by the buyer.
We unfortunately cannot ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Haiti, Libya, Niue, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Suriname, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, & Yemen.
All sales are final after pre-orders close. We will not issue refunds or cancellations.
After orders are shipped out, we are not liable for any damage during shipping, transiting, and handling. If your package happens to be lost, stolen, or damaged, we can try to work with you in getting a replacement shipped out.
